SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 108 "An Act                                                                              
relating to the State Medical Board; relating to the licensing of                                                               
physicians, osteopaths, and podiatrists; relating to the certification of                                                       
medical assistants; relating to the practice of medicine; relating to the                                                       
practice of podiatry; relating to the practice of osteopathy; relating to                                                       
assault of a medical professional; and providing for an effective date"

Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                   
for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on                                                                 
page 2268. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                               
There being no further objection, CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE                                                                     
FOR SENATE BILL NO. 108(FIN) was adopted.
